Welcome to Year 3
Take a look at our long term plan for 2022.23
Summer 1
Learning about scrunching, folding and bunching techniques, we created our own tie-dye pattern tops.
Moving on from our running stitch, we learnt to complete a cross stitch pattern and even attempted to write letters with our stitching.
Spring 2
We had a special visitor come and visit to tell us all about electricity, including circuit boards and electrical safety.
Showing off our colourful decoration skills and our precise cutting techniques, we made our very own fruity flans! The blueberries were a class favourite.

Autumn 2
Year 3 developed their dramatic sides in this year's school nativity play.
Studying different types of rocks, we tested ourselves on classifying as many as we could. We even tried to recreate the sedimentary layers of the ocean and make our own yummy, chocolate rocks.
